Semi-private training is for two women who want to train together without sacrificing the individual attention that actually drives results.
You and your training partner each receive programming tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and perimenopause stage. You train side by side — supporting each other, pushing each other — while I coach both of you with the same precision I bring to every 1:1 session.
It’s the best of both worlds: community and accountability in the room, personalisation in the program.
